Sol Sky Bar — Restaurant in Dubai

I went here to see the sunset. My mistake 'cause from there is just impossible to appreciate it. It has a nice view to the creek tho. The place is narrow but cute. I needed to get to the bar to ask for the menu and get service. I wanted a limonade and all they have is a bottle Barak lemon juice who costs around 7usd which ain't that much, but for a brand juice that I can get in the shop? Anyways... I ordered some nachos. And I was totally dissappointed with this zero appealing nachos. Soggy unflavored tortilla chips, with and old, gooey unsalty yellow cheese, rancid harsh guacamole and few chilis, all arranged in the most unpleasant way. I tried to eat them as I was kind of hungry wanting to snack on something.. But I just couldn't. Paying for these was so depressing, they didn't...

As someone who works remotely, I was thrilled to discover this place. It’s a sky bar offering three views all in one location. It’s not too crowded, which allows me to work peacefully. As evening approaches and the sun begins to set, it transforms my remote work experience into something extraordinary. The view of Dubai Creek is so captivating that it often diverts my attention from work—it’s truly stunning.

The staff is very friendly and helped me set up a comfortable workspace. This place will definitely become my favorite spot for remote work. I plan to return, especially during the winter, so I can enjoy working with such a beautiful view for a longer period.

Sol Sky Bar, located on the 7th floor of Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef, is the perfect spot to unwind. The ambiance is cozy, serene, and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing afternoon or evening. The views are stunning, offering a beautiful glimpse of the creek on one side, Bur Dubai on the other, and even a peek at the iconic Burj Khalifa. Their cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the food menu has some great options to pair with your drinks.
