The Locale — Restaurant in Dubai

We recently stayed at Andaz for 6.5 weeks and had breakfast & dinner at The Locale everyday as part of our stay - this beautiful place did not disappoint! The food was outstanding. The variety, taste and quality was evident in every single meal I had. I was impressed with how much attention to detail they had for such a large space that caters to so many. The pride in their work is evident amongst the chefs I spoke to at the live stations available every night. I tried many different dishes there I hadn't had before that I will now be recreating at home. The staff, if possible, is even better than the food! The service was great and the warmth and hospitality of everyone who served us made our whole trip. We travelled with 4 young children and the attention & love they received from the staff was humbling. No doubt being so warmly welcomed into a foreign country is a memory that will stay with them for years to come. Srinkath, Iprahem, Felix & Jalen (just to name a few) all treated my children like royalty and that is the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression and will ensure my family and I return. We have recently stayed at the Andaz hotel Dubai The Palm . We stayed for 10 nights and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the reception staff . Ramadan was very friendly and polite and asked us to see him if any concerns . The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day with snacks and non alcoholic drinks provided . The bed was very comfortable . We had half board which was breakfast buffet and dinner buffet but could be changed to Ala cart lunch if not back for dinner . There was a wide variety of choices of food for everyone’s taste . The waiter service was excellent and attentive . We especially thought Gede was an excellent front line for the restaurant always smiling polite and attentive . The pool was great infinity and all the lifeguards were doing an amazing job . There was a free shuttle bus to the mall which we caught regularly there and back .on our last day we arranged for breakfast to take away and Walter front line staff at reception was excellent good communication and making sure we were happy with our stay . Having been to many countries and staying in a lot of hotels as well as Being a Manager of one of the largest banks in Canada I can say My mom and I are extremely impressed with the level of service at Andaz Hyatt Palm Dubai! We came to celebrate my mom’s Anniversary birthday and the Locale Dinner Team have shown an immense amount of attention and care towards us!
