To be honest the place isn’t bad and I was literally there everyday because of the maple cruller (very tasty esp. when warm) So today I was there again and I had a conversation with the (i think manager) about football and players. So the conversation went a little long, so he offered me something to drink to my donuts and I said no thank you but he insisted! He asked like 5 times until I said yes sure. He asked me what I like so I said strawberry cooler, since I thought he was offering me a little sample or a discount since I’m there everyday and been having a conversation with him the past 20 minutes and having my child and my nanny wait for me . I didn’t want to drink anything but he asked so often and insisted the old traditional Arab way he almost forced me. (Which is normal in our culture) At the end I paid for my donuts and all of a sudden full price of the drink ! Approximately 5 dollars for a drink that I didn’t want. That’s not all, after I took a sip it had so much syrup that I almost puked, I shaked it all the way until I was home hoping that sugar taste gets less but no, I gave the drink to my nanny and she threw it away because it tasted like diabetes ( her words) 🙄 anyway, So I threw away 20dh (approx. 5 dollars) for a drink I was forced to buy and didn’t even drink because of that I am never going to that Tim Horton again. It’s just as a middle eastern man himself, he should know that forcing someone to drink something and then paying for it is 3eb all the way! I will never ever forgive that bald man Now I hate the donuts too, just...
Read moreLast Friday, this incident happened, I’ve reported it to the app but didn’t get any feed back!
It was very annoying when the branch manager came to a lady client with Two or three children, whom she already ordered donuts for them and maybe a coffee for herself, and she get out her “homemade small container salad”, and asked her not to eat her salad inside the branch!!!
Said it’s against “Tim Hortons” policy and he could get into troubles if it appears in the surveillance cameras.
I talked to him that it’s is not acceptable specially she ordered something from the shop, but he insist in his position, even talked about more actions in case she will refuse his instructions.
Sadly, she put her salads aside, and didn’t eat it, but ironically, another client came and was sitting at the edge of the shop and ordered coffee and ate her own food from a home made container!!!!!!!!
I wonder if this is really your policy, or he is not aware of the basic hospitality ethics he should have! It’s disgracing action which he insist to do and it is disgracing to the name and brand of...
Read moreAVOID IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I made my first app order for pick-up. Ordered an Iced White Matcha. Order was not ready for collection when I arrived so when he quickly rustled up the order he put the smallest amount of matcha in with full-fat milk. I asked if he could add the white chocolate, he said the recipe had changed. I showed him the app does not reflect this. He proceeded to make me a new one, I asked for skimmed milk, luckily for me I am not allergic to nuts, but I saw he actually opened a fresh carton of Almond milk, adding this to my drink without checking I don’t have allergies first. I highlighted this to him and he just shrugged it off! I’d really lack confidence in them if I had any...
