Located at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Twine offers a distinctive dining experience inspired by the rich and diverse flavors of the Mediterranean. With an inviting atmosphere and a menu that blends culinary traditions from Spain, Italy, Greece, and beyond, Twine is a restaurant that celebrates food as a universal connector. We began with a few starters that set the tone for the meal. The Classic Caesar Salad with chicken was fresh and well-balanced, while the Crispy Chicken Tenders stood out with their homemade marinade, paired with feta mix and Sriracha mayonnaise. The Spicy Gambas, jumbo prawns in chili oil, added a satisfying kick. For mains, the Gyros Chicken Sandwich impressed with its charcoal-marinated chicken wrapped in a Spanish tortilla and served with fries and salad. The Grilled Salmon was perfectly cooked, served over green pea mash with roasted vegetables and a delicate dill cream sauce. Another highlight was the Seafood Linguini, a Mediterranean-inspired pasta tossed with seafood in a creamy pink sauce, topped with parmesan. Desserts were beautifully presented and memorable. The Twine Mille-Feuille combined flaky pastry with vanilla cream and strawberries, while the Tiramisu offered a classic Italian touch with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. The star of the dessert course was the Dark Chocolate Brownie, plated with chocolate sauce and crispy meringue for a perfect finish. Twine is an excellent choice for anyone looking for Mediterranean dining in Dubai, whether for lunch, dinner, or a casual outing. With its elegant presentation, warm ambiance, and diverse menu, it’s a restaurant that delivers both comfort and refinement.

We recently visited Twine at DWTC for our team dinner, and it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance is elegant yet cozy, making it perfect for both corporate gatherings and casual dining. We opted for their set menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice — every course was thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The staff was attentive and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the evening. Special mention to their dessert selection, which was a delightful way to end the meal. Overall, Twine offers great value with its quality food and warm service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host a memorable group dinner in Dubai.

Zero taste - high price - no quality. Not worth to be at the World Trade Center, a disgrace. The food is so bad - is there actually a proper chef - I don’t have words. Everything tastes like cheapest ingredients or cheapest discounter. Nothing to do with mediterranean food - disgusted about the cheap ketchup in my Risotto for 95AED and my friend’s Pizza Pepperoni similarly priced. Nothing is quality. The Pizza tasted like from a small town train station, cheap, hard, loveless. The Risotto was really the worst I have ever eaten, and this is not an exaggeration. Service wise, we had complained that we waited for 30 minutes to order, and we received a “ok” instead of apology.

I really wanted to write this review following my previous one, but an incident occurred while I was drafting it. Since I use my real name on my profile, I was approached by a Lebanese lady who, I believe, introduced herself as the restaurant manager. She mentioned, "Raya, I read your review, and I must inform you that this is the restaurant's policy! Why are you still sitting here when we asked you to move elsewhere?"

This encounter was not only highly unprofessional but also unnecessary, confronting an already upset customer who couldn't even order a glass of water in a large restaurant within the World Trade Center. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Whoever established that policy lacks judgment and should be reconsidered for their role. Such practices are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the establishment. I had to go an extra step for this one and change my whole profile to re write another review! Never done this in my life! What a bad restaurant!!! Yes! I am Raya the one who wrote the...
