Vue — Restaurant in Dubai

You have got to be kidding me. An authentic Chinese restaurant in... Al Barsha? This restaurant reminds me of the six months I spent in China.

The hand made noodles in the beef noodle soup are chewy and absorb the incredibly delicate beef broth that surrounds it. It is rare for me to get a Chinese soup and not have to add chili oil or soy sauce. This broth was perfectly balanced.

The dry spice potatoes may actually pull slightly ahead of their famous beef noodle soup. The chilis, onion, and pepper are flash fried to perfection and the potatoes have a slight crispy exterior (straight away) and then a beautiful flaky center. They disappeared almost immediately.

The chili cabbage were exactly what I was looking for in a side dish. A dish I ordered time and time again during my time near a city in south east China. I am glad to find a restaurant here that does it so well.

The fried noodles with chicken had an udon fashioned noodle that was thick and chewy pan fried in a gorgeous spicy sauce with bell peppers and onion.

I really cant say much more but, from this visit, it should most certainly be rated a 4.8...

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with traditional Chinese decor and amazing lighting. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes, The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared. The service was impeccable, with our server being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant for anyone seeking a truly authentic Chinese dining...

It just feels like eating home with a family! I have at least 6 favorite dishes, the food is very tasty, The owner lady always greets you with a smile and asks you about the food and ensures your dish is server right away 😊

Then you have 2 cute hard working angels taking your order and always active across the tables.

Last time it was Puii🌟, she is always cheerful, handling all the orders like a boss, very active and extremely polite. 😊

I recommend all noodles/soup dishes, bbq sticks, and some dishes like ganfan.
