Royal Hub Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

It was my first day in Dubai. My wife went to her cousin's bachelorette party. I was walking with my 4 year old daughter trying to find something for us (her) to eat which always is a problem when we're abroad since she gets picky when it comes to food.

As we we're walking I smelled something nice in the air. We followed the smell and it brought us to this little place called Royal Hub. There were a lot of people enjoying their food so I looked at the menu and was quite sceptical since there where 628 (!!!!) different items on the menu. That's usually a red flag since they must focus on quantity instead of quality but hey, my daughter needed food so I ordered a couple of burgers and went back to the hotel for our father-daughter dinner.

I was anxious she wouldn't like it so imagine my delight when she eat her food and said it was the best burger she ever had (she not a food critic, nor am I). She took my burger as well and eat half of it and then she was full. Royal Hub got my attention after this dinner.

The following 9 days in Dubai I ordered from this little place every day. I ate the Chinese cuisine, the Indian cuisine, the Arabic cousin. It was not quantity, it actually was quality.

The service was also excellent as you could feel the warmth and care from the staff. Rojana was the employee taking most of my daily orders and she was so nice and sweet. Rojana, if you are reading this, thank you for everything. It was a pleasure being a costumer.

If you're in Dubai I wholeheartedly recommend you going to the Royal Hub. It's not world class, but it is just so nice and charming. It's easy to get enough of the luxury and glam of Dubai, and the Royal Hub is your little getaway to find a way back to the balance of your humble everyday life.

I ordered shawarma and asked them to put pickles, coz last my order was no pickles . I tought maybe they forgot last time . So I reguested this time . What they did: they put inside shawarma all the pickles what the have in the restaurant 🥴( carrot , reddish etc ….) I asked them no spicy 🌶️ coz it was for kids .guess it was spicy ! Usually shawarma inside only hommus sauce, in addition They put inside kind of red sauce. Imagine !!! So now fell the test u will not even understand what u eating . I called them to say about it and person who answered was very rude. He is just keep saying this is Arabic shawarma . He did not even listen my point what I want to say . Very bad costumer service . U should hear to improve your food quality...
