It is not only about the right temperature (not easy on ceramic, since all around Dubai the coffee is cold/room temperature once it reaches the table), generous size, the tasty coffee and the (always welcome) complimentary home made butter cookies, BUT about how their best barista, Ms Claudine Umutesi brew the perfect coffee as per every single customer diverse preferences... How come after 2 years since my last visit to The Grazer Ms. Claudine still remember how do I love the perfect Flat White thay only she is able to brew! Simply amazing! The lamb shank was a masterpiece of flavor and tenderness, cooked to perfection and leaving me craving more. Meanwhile, the chicken soup was a revelation, with the addition of fresh ginger adding a delightful twist to an already outstanding dish.

But again…what truly set this dining experience apart was the impeccable service provided by Vinay and Niranjan. Their attentiveness and genuine care ensured that every moment of my meal was enjoyable and memorable. They are a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence and are undoubtedly a key reason why I will be returning...
