Worst customer service ever Ordered a meal deal over the phone when received order it was all burnt very well done even my dog will not eat it

Phone the shop explaining what happened he was shouting over the phone telling me I’m lying and it’s been 4 hours since they have delivered the food They don’t understand English very much he keeps saying what did u order MATE keeps say MATE I said check your receipt and check the time when I placed order I know it’s not 4 hours

He was very rude over the phone I wasn’t complaining about the coldness about the food I was complaining about food was burnt I said I would like to speak with the boss he said I’m the boss

I said is this how you speak with your customers he said yes yes and put the phone down on me

Would never go back again worst customer...

I would give it a zero, but it won't allow me, had a delivery where the order was incorrect, the driver contact shop and they both ganged up on me and my partner saying we are wrong in what we wanted to order, even though we were 100% certain we wanted the meal deal, yet they charged us separately for each item, and one of the items wasn't even with the order, we requested a refund and take the food back or give us a new order with the correct difference refunded, they both refused to do it as they said they are busy, well thats not our fault, the driver left without the situation being resolved saying the shop will contact us later possibly giving us 5 pound of our next order even tho we won't be using them again, so they have stole money of us, keep a wide berth from...

They should not even be rewarded a star! This establishment gave me food poisoning from some bad chicken wings. When i called them up to notify them of my illness they said that the problem was with my self rather than their food! Very insulted. I asked for a refund of my meal, a mere £19.95, they said they would only refund me for the chicken. I told them i could not eat the rest of the meal as i was unsure of its safety. The reply i received was incredible, he said if he gave me a refund who would compensate him for the money spent on that food!! I could not believe it! Stay clear of Super Pizza!
