Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had with this chain. Been a customer for 35 years and just been spoken to and accused of being a thief.
Made an order in drive thru, went to the window to pay and there was stack of bread baskets and no one there, so I drove to the next window to pay. Was asked to move to a different bay.
When I did the window opened and a rude and obnoxious team member, asked me why I had not paid, when I replied that there was no one at the window, she accused of lying and told me there was someone waiting. There wasn't.
She then asked to take my card off me, I declined for security purposes.
I had to drive all way round again and wait, I then confirmed with the person at window 1 that no one was waiting for me before and he confirmed this.
I asked to speak to a manager and when I collected my food the same horrid person turned up, and was adamant she was the manager and there was no one else to speak to about it. She wouldn't provide and alternative and when I said I would write to complain she said "whatever".

Read moreRecently has completely the wrong food delivered via the app and had to drive to get it replaced. The manager said it was again their policy but I wasn't waiting another hour (as it would have been, requesting a refund and reordering). He didn't have very good customer skills. Also there were more delivery drivers than customers in the restaurant, hanging around the counter, it was quite intimidating and they seemed to have no consideration for the actual customers. The just eat bags were on the floor open, with orders going cold whilst they waited for a 2nd or 3rd order. There was no urgency and they stood about chatting before they set of with their deliveries. Ever wonder why your food is always cold? Well stand in the restaurant for 20mins and you'll see. My order was delivered with the right drinks and the right receipts on the bags - but the wrong food. Sometimes I think a monkey would do a better job at following the order picks and putting them in the correct bags. Not impressed at all with the lack of skills from the staff here. Read moreThe food is always the same, just at varying temperatures, the service on the other hand is erratic.After 10minutes in the layby for 3 sausage and egg mcmuffin meals and a portion of pancakes I ventured inside.
After having to shout quite loudly to get someone's attention as there was nobody on the desk. I was eventually told that single item orders are prioritised over multiples. Perfectly timed, another customer came in chasing their single item.
When I pointed that out, I was then told that the pancakes were the reason for the delay as they take 2.5minutes to cook to order.
15 minutes later they then gave me the order and of course it was wrong, missing the hash browns.
Thankfully the hashbrowns turned up pretty quickly and I was only missing the drinks at that point. It must've been the fancy bottle orange juices I'd ordered.
