I went into the All Bar One, Bath today [05 September, 2025] & I had one of the best customer hospitality experiences in recent years. Elementary, I write to express my sincere heartfelt appreciation & gratitude for Chloe [Front of House Waiter], she delivered a highly professional & competent customer service, which she provided in both a friendly and accessible manner.

Chloe [Front of House Waiter], is incredibly "attentive" every time I come to eat at All Bar One, Bath & goes to great lengths to check on how my day had gone, which is what makes a "curated" high quality restaurant experience in my view. Chloe [Front of House Waiter] produced a extremely satisfying customer experience from start to finish. Furthermore, I would absolutely recommend, Chloe [Front of House Waiter], as she was incredibly curating, extremely knowledgeable about the "All Bar One Menu" [incredible eidetic memory of all the subsets of the menu listing] & punctilious throughout my "lovely customer experience".

I would strongly recommend All Bar One, Bath duo, to their eclectic distinguished atmosphere, great range in food options & unbeatable collection of beverages.

The whole service was extremely poor and spoilt our 10th wedding anniversary trip. Upon looking through the menu we noticed that there was a ‘Mates and Dates’ offer so we asked for this menu, my husband took this menu to the bar with him and ordered from it, we then noticed that we had been charged more than advertised so he queried it. He was then advised that this menu was after 5pm ( she didn’t tell us this when ordering but could see we were ordering from this menu) and we ordered before this, it was currently 5:07 and my husband questioned the time he ordered and was advised ‘before 5pm’ quite abruptly which we thought was wrong but agreed and sat down as we were on a trip for our anniversary and just wanted to enjoy our evening. The same staff member then came to us and advise that she had messed our order up and put our starters and mains through at the same time and they were both ready now, she said she could hold the main off for a bit which we said we would appreciate however, in less than 5 minutes I had a full starter and my mains sat on the table.
