Wow .. what a Hidden Gem 💎 Had a great experience with this gorgeous shop in Bath - “The silver shop “ ( not sure of the address ) up a little cobblestone side Street .. broke my silver necklace a few weeks ago and popped it in there and they kindly said if I left it with them they would repair it. I’d also purchased another silver necklace from them sometime ago, which I snapped being pretty careless so whilst picking my other necklace up yesterday - I asked if they would be able to do another repair… was advised if I left it with them & popped around the shops they would fix it for me. I can’t tell you what amazing service I received. The staff are so incredibly nice/ kind & helpful .. The shop itself is adorned with lovely silver jewellery & gifts - really lovely with a huge range of wonderful silver items, even purchased a gorgeous pair of silver pearl earrings. This shop really did go out of its way to make me feel like a valued customer and it’s certainly somewhere where I will be Shopping again - they definitely deserve a shout out because it’s customer service as it’s very best - thank you for making...

Super duper lovely shop and Lizzie is amazing! Myself, my sister and my friend went on a trip to Bath for a couple days and Lizzie's customer service was beyond amazing. She was so helpful and assisting us in helping us pick out the perfect chains to upgrade our necklaces, she was happy to give the pendants a quick spruce up and Polish as well as changing the o rings to our pendants and offer her professional opinion on changing chain lengths so they compliment other stacking necklaces nicely. Lizzie was honestly such a gem, if you have employee of the month then I vote Lizzie. My sister was trying on rings and unfortunately they didn't have the size that she was, so Lizzie ordered it in and sent it home to us and my sister loves it dearly! We all left that shop feeling very happy and all talking about what an icon Lizzie is and how helpful she was. Peter was also a good egg putting in the order for my sister's ring. If we ever go back, we'll definitely be going in to The Silver Shop again, lovely staff, Lizzie the icon and great selection of high quality silver jewelry! Couldn't recommend enough! Thank you...

Lovely staff and very reasonable prices :)

I popped in before work to see if they could resize a new silver thumb ring and the young lady I spoke with at the jewellery counter was very friendly.

She called someone else over to look at the ring who explained it was too thick for their machine, but they still took the time to recommend somewhere else locally that could help and gave me some advice about how resizing could affect the pattern on it.

As they were so friendly I decided to check out their stock, the lady recommended something I wouldn't have considered and it was beyond perfect, exactly what I was after without realising it, and about half the price of the one I'd brought elsewhere which is now being returned!!

I didn't mention while in there, but I'm getting married in a few weeks and just putting the finishing touches together for my outfit, so finding this thumb ring means more than it probably should! So a massive thank you to who helped me find it :)
