went here with a friend for a “quick bite” of some pizza on a Friday night as we walked past and thought it looked good, Was seated pretty much straight away and given menus and they took our orders pretty quickly which was perfect. Then around 30mins later our food still hadn’t arrived then we called the attention of one of the staff who said “oh it will be an hour wait, didn’t the server tell you” (they hadn’t) and they asked us if we wanted to cancel but we said no obviously as we had already waited a long time without nobody telling us and now we were starving. they did give us some fries on the house as a sorry which were ok . We then had to wait another hour for our pizza and we then saw the reason why we had to wait for so long. They do takeaway pizza alongside the eating in pizza in the same place (a small shack) and somebody ordered 9+ pizzas which held up ours and other tables orders. the lack of transparency was annoying, they should have told us we have had a big takeaway order come through the wait will be a bit longer is that ok, but they decided to just wait for one of us and the other tables to complain instead of just telling us there will be a longer wait. What should have been an hour tops quick bite to eat turned into over 2hrs which is ridiculous. If you guys can’t keep up with eat in and takeaway orders do one or the other and please be transparent with your customers. The most annoying part was the pizza was absolutely amazing, top quality pizza but the waiting times have let you down massively. Hope you guys can improve this as the pizza is...

Yesterday I had the Ricotta And Salami Pizza and it was overcooked, oily and had no tomato base. I was not aware that pizzas could have no tomato base as it mentioned tomato with the other ingredients on the menu. So I told the waitress who just shrugged it off and said thats how it comes to which i responded by asking if they could put some on top for me. She said she could but it would be cold so i had to suggest that maybe she could heat it up?! She brought out a small bowl with a little bit of tomato sauce in it. I put it around my pizza and tried eating the it because I was so hungry by this point but the bottom kept breaking up all over the place. At this point i also realised that it was covered in lemon zest which was not mentioned in the ingredients- who puts lemon on pizza? We showed her this and she didn't offer any alternative even though I was clearly displeased with my meal. Nothing was done about this, no manager called over, no compensation, nothing. I was made to feel it was my fault for ordering something that wasn't clearly as described on the menu. I’m saddened to have to write this because I’ve been here before and enjoyed my meal so much, however the servers have changed and I will not be returning or recommending this place.

However I will say just before I left I mentioned to another member of staff my experience and he offered us a glass of Prosecco as compensation but by this time we just wanted to leave as I was dissatisfied with the poor customer service we had gotten and attitude of...

Absolutely appalled at the level of service I received this evening. We arrived to Green park at 7.30pm and were met by a member of staff who directed us to a specific table (bench seats inside Green Park Station) where we sat down and waited for 10 minutes to be seen to. We were then approached by a different staff member (who I assume was the manager) who said that we could not sit at this table as this table was reserved for a larger group. We explained that we were directed to sit at this specific table but the manager proceeded to imply that we were in fact lying and suggested that we had been “grassed up” (her words). As we explained that we had been directed to this table, we were asked to identify the member of staff who had told us to sit there in the first place. As we couldn’t identify the staff member we were then asked to leave the table and queue up and wait for another table. The manager then abruptly walked away.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially being a long standing customer of Bath Pizza Co. We decided not to wait for another table and chose to take our custom elsewhere. We will not be returning to Bath Pizza Co with this level of service and treatment...
