The Fat Pizza - Bath — Local services in Bath

I’ve had two extremely disappointing experiences with Fat Pizza in Bath, and I feel compelled to share.

The first time I ordered, I was left waiting for over an hour, only to receive the wrong order. When I called to request a replacement, the response was shockingly rude, and the correct order arrived almost two hours later. It was frustrating and ruined the evening.

Hoping it was just a one-off, I gave them another try via Uber Eats. I provided clear delivery instructions and even sent an image of my house to avoid confusion. Despite this, the driver arrived late and was incredibly rude. He accused me of not guiding him properly even though the location was clearly correct on his phone and then proceeded to snatch the order from my hands, saying he had "enough customers" and I didn’t need to order from them again. He even used foul language despite me speaking politely.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. It’s not just about food it’s about respect and basic customer service. I will not be...

Took literally over 2 hours to deliver the cold hard pizza that was plain and tasteless. Ordered at 6:53 received at 9:09. The delivery driver didn’t call me once and there’s proof of call logs and leaves saying they attempted to contact me. They then try to charge me another £2 for re delivery despite it not being my fault. The first lady I spoke at customer service was rude and unhelpful talking whilst chewing without a care in the world saying that it’s on it’s way to delivery and a quick call back 30 mins later to hear it’s been delivered with no food in sight. Honestly the worst experience with hospitality I’ve ever had in my life. Didn’t think it would be that difficult to organise making pizza and delivering. I don’t know why the company has a call centre instead of being able to call the store directly and why they send their own driver on uber eats. The worst takeaway experience in Bath.

Our order was due between 7:20 and 7:30 but it didn't arrive until 8pm after several lengthy phone calls with the driver, as he got lost. When it arrived it was both completely the wrong order and the food that did turn up was stone cold.

I called the restaurant and they said they'd make our order again and send it to us straight away. I asked how long this would be and they said 15-20 minutes, but after over half an hour passed I phoned them again, at which point they said that it was still not ready. After 2 hours, and at nearly 9:30pm the order has never arrived. We've tried calling multiple times but no one is answering the phone.
