Ustinov studios were an absolute delight. I caught a performance of 'Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf' which was just terrifically dark and witty. A great cast, who very well portrayed incredibly rich and complicated characters. As for the venue itself, it is a charming and cosy little studio, highlighting the real rawness of stage theatre, with exceptionally priced drinks and intermission treats, but if you don't like rubbing shoulders with strangers, maybe find shows that are a bit quieter in numbers. The main issue is the seats are over cosy and the legroom is not generous, but I can put up with this for a chance to see great productions, often with big name actors (most recently Robert Lindsay) who are so close it seems like you can reach out and touch them. I...
