UPDATED-Read Below

A really good thing about this shop in particular is that it is in the middle of City Centre so I don’t have to travel ages to get my tapioca pearl or popping boba fix. Despite being small, the interior is super cute and homey and the staff are quite helpful.

A downside is that recently I feel the quality of the milk teas have dropped which is super disappointing, for instance the pearls taste overcooked or the drink I ordered that used to be quite sweet and rich in flavour in the past has stopped having that sweetness and richness that I’m particularly drawn to which is a shame.

-Maybe a change of staff or that the staff are in a rush to get the orders done.

However, I’m glad the owners decided to open up to an accessible and convenient place in town, and the other drinks are amazing such as the blue fizzy lemoney one with the pineapple flower in the drink it’s super cute and paired with popping pearls is so good!

EDIT: 25th June

So I have visited frequently over the past months after writing this to try other items on the menu and I was particularly drawn to the long fries! They are super duper yummy and makes me want to explore the whole food menu. But the item so far that rivals other Tea Shops has to be their limited edition Lychee and Peach iced tea! (I think it’s not on the actual menu so therefore it won’t be around long 🥲) It’s just amazing, especially with toppings such as coconut jelly and passionfruit popping pearls. I wish they would keep it on the menu because it would be such a shame to only experience it for a short time.

I definitely would buy and buy again, and it’s perhaps became my favourite iced tea combo in Belfast, which is why I have decided to change my rating of...

Ordered a bubble waffle when it was me and just one more person in the shop at the time 25 minutes i waited for my waffle after a few similar race to who was working came in and ordered a waffle then sat next to me eating it whilst i still waited bare in mind they came in a group of 5 i was by myself. Finally got my waffle before i was handed it the girl makiing it could clearly tell it was burnt as she said to another staff member and that staff member laughed and shook her head as the waffle fell apart onto the ground so i asked could i get one that wasn’t burnt (it was awful looking to even offer someone whos paying nearly 7 pound for a product) i them received my waffle 40 minutes later as the two young girls made the order i apologised not them and they handed it back to me with an inch of icecream i was here a day before and didnt get half a scoop of ice cream in my waffle it was ridiculous the portions are usually great as i come here often so i asked the girls is that meant to be only one scoop as usually im giving 2 and they laughed together saying its only one i was that angry i was going to give it back to them shouldve taken a picture but i was that angry i thrown it in the bin when i got out of the shop, absolutely awful service and will not be back the staff are rude bar the one lovely man that was working that night BOYCOTT TEA...

I've had Bubble Tea before, and I loved it, I loved it so much I would have gone out of my way just to obtain it. I have seen this place crowded every time I walk past it, so I thought I would take a trip and see what made this one good, I walked in and the atmosphere was great, The service was great, and when I got my drink... I was disappointed, it had taste but not the taste I ordered, it was almost bland, now I don't know it that day just wasn't their day or what, but if your looking for a powerful taste from your Bubble Tea? Then maybe here wouldn't be your first pick.

Side Note: I will return back to this place just to give it another shot and will edit this review if needs be, because everyone around me seemed happy...

over the past year, teahouse has become one of my favourite spots to visit while in town. the staff are very understanding and the atmosphere is cosy, although it can be hard to find a seat occasionally. my go-to order is a brown sugar milk tea and the taste has been consistently good. my order is usually ready after a minute or so, no longer than 5. my only real critique is that the bubble waffles take very long to receive, but other than that there are no flaws ! good place to visit when you’re feeling thirsty :)

Stopped by this genuine Chinese bubble tea shop in Belfast city centre and was pleasantly surprised! They offer a vast variety of flavours, and I was impressed with the several bubble options available at reasonable price. The staff were friendly, providing excellent customer service. Plus, they have a decent seating area which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a refreshing drink in the heart of Belfast!

Poor service at counter no option to reduce ice or sugar. Poor delivery of order one drink provided, then other one not brought yet other orders completed. When asked were it was confusion - then found sitting at side behind counter! Disappointing drink - dirty milk taro tea. Hadly any pearls - no taro taste. Basically milk with cream in it for £4.50. Will not be back. Go elsewhere.
