Am honest hidden gem. The double security door entry is either "exclusive" cool or terrifying depending on how you look at it. Ring the bell on the non-descript door in the alley and they buzz you through. Make your way to the second floor where you sign in, then off to the third floor where they put the "non-members". Don't feel like you are getting second-rate service/food though, because you won't. Gary (from Kerry) provided warm and attentive service. Some of the best service we've experienced in Ireland (North or South). The food is quite good. We had the wings, polenta, and battered haddock. All of it was amazing. The pictures that I took don't do the food justice. Great job to Gary and the rest of the staff. You are awesome. Also, kid friendly.

This place is a true hidden gem. Made to feel welcome by all here, and felt like part of the furniture pretty quickly. The atmosphere is spot on, there's a pool table, cheap drinks, spot on Guinness and good craic! The beer garden is amazing once the sun pops out. I hope it stills keeps it's relative anonymity as I think that helps with the atmosphere. An exact opposite to nearby overhyped pricey spots like John Hewitts or the Northern Whig. Next time I will bring the missus and kids and we'll try the highly recommended food. Top drawer establishment and a credit to the people working here.☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic little hideaway in the heart of Belfast. Great pub with restaurant upstairs. Good variety of beers and the best pint of Carling (my partner said....EVER!) I had a lovely glass of Chilean Chardonnay beautifully cold. Brilliant prices......how? We had a meal upstairs and it was pure bliss.......he had steak, mushrooms & chips with pepper sauce (proper chips too) and I had seabass with asparagus and mash. Amazing and so inexpensive. Service was great and it's now one of our favourite places to eat! Couldn't fault it.

Table of 12 booked for 5.30 Friday 7th July. 3 of us were an hour late due to a graduation ceremony and prepaid photo sessions running behind due to high demand. The rest of our party was there on time and explained our situation to a staff member who assured them this was fine given the restaurant was quiet, so our party sat and had drinks while they waited. As it came to the hour mark they were warned they would not be served in the restaurant if we did not arrive soon which is absolutely understandable given the circumstances and kitchen closing at 7.30, however the staff conduct on our arrival was horrendous and unprofessional.

We had to listen to snide remarks regarding our late arrival several times (despite the majority of the party having arrived on time and been sat drinking in the beer garden as well as applogising and explaining the situation). Our party was well aware that we were late being seated for our meal and of the time constraints as a result, it was unnecessary to be consistently reminded of this and to be treated as we were especially given the restaurant was not even half full and no one was waiting for our tables, we were nothing but polite and we only ordered mains due to our lateness. We felt unwelcome and a bother - any interaction (questions, drinks orders) were a hassle. We paid a deposit of £60 which was not removed from the bill at the end, I had gone to ask one of the waitresses about this and she took the receipt from me and added the reduction saying "you shouldn't even be getting this taken off given you were an hour late but sure."

We were late arriving, an apology and explanation were given by both the party and late arrivals - there is nothing more we could do given the circumstances. Either choose to accommodate your customers professionally or don't at all - choosing to seat and serve customers with such poor attitude and conduct is unnecessary and I am appalled that these staff members felt this was at all appropriate. If apologies, explanations and paying customers (again 9 of our party were there on time and sat buying drinks until our arrival) are not enough to ensure that your customers are treated with basic respect and politeness then please just refuse service in future as the experience was uncomfortable for everyone involved.

Apparently this isn't the first there's been an issue with the waitresses either as we were recommended to put up a review regarding this when another staff member heard the conduct.

The restaurant venue and food was lovely which was spoiled by our servers, and the only saving grace for the service was a young waitress who continued to check in and remained friendly and personable - thank you to the lady and chefs who did not let this affect their conduct and offered a great meal...

They stop serving food at 19:30 on a Thursday. It does say on their information, but it is an odd practice. We didn't see the information. To be fair, it is on their Facebook page (kind of). We just assumed a restaurant on a Thursday night in a city centre would be serving. We'll go back and maybe my review will change.

Someone representing the 3Cs has decided to be an idiot. A one star review is deserved. Imagine not serving after 19:30 on a Thursday night (or on any night bar Monday). We get the businesses we deserve. We tolerate bad practices, we allow them to continue. People need to learn to take criticism. I am not the first to complain about the stupidly early cut-off time, but rather than investing time and energy into working out a solution, someone has decided to be sarcastic and nonsensical. But, good luck, in, apparently, difficult times for restaurants, you clearly don't need the custom - so, well done. I was actually going to go back, but not...
