So, went into B at One Brindley Place Birmingham around 09:30pm. Firstly no cloak room to hang jackets up?? So with that in mind myself, my Wife & friends stored our jackets on a shelf behind some seating opposite the bar along with a load of other peoples jackets. Around 11pm we come to leave & move on, went over to collect our jackets finding that my £400 Belstaff Jacket had been stolen, cost shouldn't really come into it but thought id include this too make this point/situation even more disappointing. So as you do we confronted the bouncers who said they would check the CCTV, he came back around 2-3 minutes later & responded "I do apologise but couldn't see anything as its very unclear" The question id like B at One Senior Management to answer is, if a unforeseen circumstance like a fight or even worse than that would have broken out & Police requested CCTV footage would the same response be put forward "I think not"? So too conclude the above, if anybody is thinking too go there for a drink over xmas my advice would be avoid the place at every opportunity, as the shear ignorance & total disregard for peoples property is some what lacking. I will be calling the bar around 4:30pm when it opens but I'm thinking the way the situation was dealt with on the evening I'm not holding my...
Read moreI wanted to rate 0 but theres no option for this I visited last night around 5ish with some work colleagues celebrating my birthday, so atmosphere was buzzing this was my first and last time at this venue. I usually go to the one by New Street Station which is 100 hundred times better than Brindley Place. The bloke with the dark hair and glasses , rude as hell, firstly i’m already at the bar waiting to be served and someone pushes in and try's to get served to which my friend piped up she was next pointing at me , a good bar tender knows who is next to be served , the minute he starts serving me he had an attitude , i ordered my drink snapshot , didn’t even give me a minute to pose with my friends for the picture. Just took the picture gave me the photo and slagged me off to the girl at the bar If you don’t like your job leave, people work hard to go out and enjoy the fruits of their labour and actually have a break from normality sometimes and it was my birthday celebration which he ruined thats fine though, my money is better spent somewhere else and i had a fantastic time at Albert Schloss’s Sort your attitudes out and respect the...
Read moreI was on a work night out of a group of 18 individuals, after having dinner we were recommended to visit your location for drinks. On arrival I had a hat on and was refused entry... which i appreciate however i made it clear to the bounce that I was diagnosed with cancer to the head with multiple scars which affected my confidence and insecurities to individual viewings and making comments towards me, however wearing a hat allowed me to impower my insecurities and enjoy a (NORMAL NIGHT OUT). I reasonsoned with head off security/bouncer to show my scars but was refused to emphise with my situation and made me feel excluded with my group of 18 and left me no choice to leave the venue....
