I was part of a 14person hen party and we did the bottomless brunch. The service to begin with was really slow. Took over 30minutes to get any drinks mostly due to us all wanting to upgrade to cocktails and the card machines paying up. The waitress was fantastic and had kindly said we could have additional time added to the brunch for the delay in getting drinks. The manager found out and was VILE to the girls. Shouting in their faces in front of us!! The girls were fantastic. So helpful and great energy. Once we had our first round of drinks they kept coming. I’m a lightweight. We drank before arriving and I did not stop drinking the pitchers at all. I left completely sober. They must have the smallest amount of alcohol in them because I was more sober when I left then when I arrived. The pizzas were really nice. The girls dancing was great. The activities like line dancing and musical chairs fantastic. I wouldn’t recommend this and wouldn’t go again. Hope the lovely girls find new jobs where the manager treats them better too!

Headed here for a hen do, and had the best time! We chose their package with the line dancing class (with a mimosa included), bottomless brunch, and VIP table with some drinks in the evening, and it didnt disappoint! The host for the line dancing class kept it fun and upbeat, as we worked through increasingly harder routines. The bottomless brunch was so much more than we expected; you have the option for the standard bottomless drinks (prosecco, larger), or to upgrade for £10 to the cocktails package. What we didnt realise was the entertainment they provided during brunch, with another line dance to learn, games to play, shots to be won, great music, amazing hosts, in a great atmosphere. We then headed off to some other bars for a few hours, and then returned in the evening for our table and drinks, and to perform our chosen dance up on the bar. Was so much fun, and the atmosphere was incredible. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a different kind of bottomless brunch, we danced and laughed the whole day!

Do not go here. We travelled from Sheffield. The pizzas were undercooked, still raw on the bottom, water was dripping from one of the pizzas. I ordered a mojito that was vodka, lime cordial and soda water. Stayed for 25 minutes then went to the bar to request a refund and was told to email as they weren’t able to give a refund at the bar “due to the systems” drag artist shown online as being there 12-4 however when questioned during the complaint was told the act didn’t start until around 2:30pm. The bar is managed by young girls that clearly have no experience and are unable to even attempt to rectify a situation with a upset customer. The apology I received was I’m sorry all I can do is apologise but if you want to leave that’s fine. Have requested a refund however given the feedback on here from other unhappy customers I would assume I won’t receive a response. We left after 25 minutes and we’re fortunately accommodated by pitcher and piano across the road which was a lovely experience

I'll start with a positive, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing, I cannot fault that.

However, me and 4 others booked the bottomless brunch with pizza for a hen do. We waited half an hour to actually be seated and when we did get seated another group of people were already on our table. We all upgraded to have bottomless cocktails at an extra £10 each on top of the £35 we had already paid. We were told there was only an option of 2 pizza choices, and were only brought 4 pizzas, so not even 1 each. We ordered our cocktails at the same time as the pizza and were offered a bottle of prosecco to get us started...this never arrived. We waited another 45 minutes with no drinks so we asked a member of staff who said she would personally bring us 2 pitchers of cocktails...about 15 minutes later they arrived but tasted just like fruit juice. We were then told we could not have our original ordered cocktails until we finished the pitchers. We ended up getting our cocktails but they were disgusting, by this time the bottomless brunch was over so would have to pay for anymore drinks. To pay £45 each for 1 cocktail and not even a whole pizza each is not acceptable. My friend has emailed them twice and messaged on Instagram and Facebook and has...

Went there Saturday, long wait for table followed by reasonable table service but repeatedly moved tables and asked to share table with strangers (breaking covid laws), then accidentally knocked over my drink whilst moving table at their request.. this resulted in security guy wanting me to leave (apparently for being drunk.. as accidents don't happen when sober and moving tables) security guy also implied I was some homeless drug addict as im quite slim and have a beard.. reality is im a local business owner and was buying rounds with a friend.. heard him telling my friend im barred as I left but that doesnt matter as I won't be returning anyway... terrible experience.. already told friends and they are shocked and won't be using that bar in future either.. as local guide on google and ill look forward to answering people's questions about if this bar is worth visiting etc. (I give all my answers based on my personal experiences)

Also going to add the state of the toilets was terrible.. a friend once told me you can judge the standard of a restaurant by the condition of its bathrooms, ive learnt this applies to bars as well especially ones...

Hi I attended coyote bar on 29/06/2021,

Upon entry I told my table was given away, the lady said we were late even though the time was 18.00-20.00 for reserved tables. We arrived before kickoff so had nowhere else to go. The bouncer then began to provoke the situation, we were told to step aside and wait.

We were left waiting to then a response of " we have a table for you, you are lucky even though you have taken the piss" If it wasn't such an important game, I would've walked back out. After huge celebrations we were told to leave because we were celebrating too much. Please note I do not drink alcohol so this is all fresh on my mind. The bouncers then began to provoke the situation, talking about England getting knocked out in the next round etc

I have been coming to broad street and your bar since I was 18, I am now 30. Many years ago, I would've reacted in a different way. I have learnt that didn't get me anywhere, It's a shame that your staff members are acting in this way when I have such great memories here and love my city Birmingham.

I would like this to be brought to your attention because you will lose customers...
