Came all the way from Kent to try Lucky7 - found on Instagram. Was celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday— a guy who usually does not like anything alcoholic— he loved it and so did I. Atmosphere was great, there was cohesiveness in the red ambient lighting and tasteful decor, felt very relaxing and intimate. Owners were very passionate about their creative processes and was explaining their many techniques in what goes into making one of their amazing creations. I got a matcha Kit Kat inspired drink and partner got their signature take on a martini, both were lovely. Also enjoyed a mango sticky rice mocktail (I dream of her), and two more mocktails - one with a strong pear flavour (our fav) and one that is also similarly citrusy I do not remember the names anymore(came in at a close second). Will hopefully be coming back when I can. TLDR: Enjoyable experience, left inspired.

Walk up the stairs to go through a portal that instantly transports you to another dimension! Effortlessly recreating the feel of a Japanese “Izakaya” - a casual, informal place for after-work drinking, snacking and socialising. The drinks are mind-blowingly good with something for everyone from light and refreshing to rich and luxurious but most importantly, totally unique creations from the mind of an absolute master of his craft. They don’t take bookings at time of writing, it’s first come, first served so get yourself over there to experience what is sure to be on the world’s 50 best cocktail bar list in the near future - don’t say I didn’t warn you 😎

I honestly believe that this is one of the best cocktail bars in the country right now. The atmosphere is perfect, the hospitality is incredible and the cocktails are by far some of the best I've ever drank, and I say that as someone who has been very fortunate to drink at some of the very best cocktail bars in the world; Nomad in NYC for example. Rob is an absolute wizard at creating genuinely inventive cocktails using truly unexpected flavours. Kyndra is just one of the most lovely hosts ever and she always puts a smile on my face when I walk in the door. Also the chicken they serve is absolutely banging. 10/10/10.

Believe me when I say that there is no better cocktail bar in Birmingham, the UK, and heck, probably the world! Forget everything you know/expect from bog standard cocktails and let Rob and Kyndra work their magic (still firmly believe they are mixology magicians)

Will never forget my first kimchi party, the KFC & wagu in a glass run blew our minds, and they are forever innovating new marvels that absolutely should not work but always do! They never miss!

Steph and I love visiting, not just for the drinks, but because they are a genuinely lovely duo. Seeing Kyndra feels like catching up with our mate and I could talk to Rob for hours about his his knowledge and menu plans.

Seriously recommend everyone should visit, just as long as there's still a...
