I came here for my birthday with friends.

Firstly, the booking site is complete trash! It timed me out after paying and didn't book anything so I had to phone the place and send multiple emails to try and get a refund.

This ultimately meant I had to rebook again, so that ordeal took about 7 days.

Duck pin bowling was first up. One of the girls took our drinks order immediately and just forgot about us. It became apparent when my friend came late and got his drink first. Waited about 35 minutes before we went to sort that out.

Bowling would have been good but 1 pin kept falling over, which basically meant we got 1 game for the whole allocated time we had!

Guy came over to fix it but didn't change anything.

The shuffleboard was fun, not much sand on the table though.

The only highlight was the 4 way beer pong, which was great fun for obvious reasons 🍺 The cups though were different, so you have to be careful when pouring equal amounts.

This place is really cramped also and if it's full (all activities used) then you're basically pushing though people to get anywhere.

I can't recommend this place at all for larger groups.

UPDATE: Stefan has phoned me, apologising and rectifying this quickly. He processed the refund straight away and was extremely apologetic for my experience. I've increased my rating accordingly and would be willing to give a second chance.

We went for Ping Pong and Duck Pin Bowling. Once we finished Ping Ping, we were told that the group doing Duck Pin Bowling arrived late so they were running behind and therefore we'd have to wait (we weren't asked about this prior even though they already knew this and just expected to accommodate). Admittedly they did let us do another game in the meantime but it was a game we weren't fussed about doing, we simply did it to kill time.

We then went onto the Duck Pin Bowling and there were technical issues, in an attempt to sort it, it made it worse and we were unable to continue our game. I was assured that a refund would automatically be processed but it wasn't. I've emailed them to chase and had no response so looks like I might have to go down the route of a charge back....

Great night out but probably wouldn’t go again.

Duckpin bowling, it’s a short lane but with a ball the size of a ball used in bowls. So whilst it wasn’t the full bowling experience, at least my arm didn’t ache.

Karaoke was a good laugh. You can queue up songs whilst others are singing so you make the most of the hour. However, there is no crossover, as soon as that hour is up, it’s up. Disappointing when you’re mid flow and it cuts off!

Table golf, was great but a lot of the same. 9 holes and there isn’t a huge amount of difference in the courses.

I think the atmosphere and vibe of the place is great but upon reflection, with how much we paid, i don’t think it was great value for our money. For 4 people, we spent £120 for an hour on karaoke, 30 minutes in table golf, and about an hour playing duckpin bowling. With drinks on top, our night out was...
