Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

Will not be coming back here nor my friends. I have been coming herr almost weekly and yesterdat 16/01/25..the most meanest store employee ive ever met there.. i asked for extra veg and her reply was there is some on already..when she said some as i looked over thr glass..i coukd count the number of red peppers..literally 7 pieces..my response to her was would you be happy paying for that..its just salad and veg and she is being so mean that a total stranger behind me said she is rude and arrogant..i will contact subway head office about this..i spend my money..i expect to get what i paid for..just make the sandwich close to what it looks like is all i ask along with others who im sure will agree..be more appreciatuve that people came into your store...i will find...

Not a great experience with the members of staff. Ordered food we realised there was a mistake as we ordered tuna mayo but received chicken on the baguette. We called up to advise the issue as my colleague was allergic to what was in the baguette the staff member was not helpful she did not care at all about the issue or trying to resolve the matter. We spoke to the manager she did not care either even said “come to my shop then” sounds like very threatening behaviour ? Don’t appreciate how they reacted over the phone. After telling the manager they will be reported the food standard agency she was continuously calling my phone harassing me just to shout down the phone! I went here several times.. only to be told by the workers.. if you go behind the building you would get the same thing only cheaper.. I find out later.. the convenience store behind this subway is actually owned by the franchisee!! And they try to get the subway customers to actually go there to eat.. it seems the owners of the franchise have a few in birmingham city.. who employ staff who have basic English speaking skills.. you have to repeat yourself so many times!! And to be offered to go to a cheaper place by the employees who I gather are related to the owners/franchisees they should be stripped of they franchise licence!!! Food is ok.. not the best subway I'm used to!!...
