Blind Belief in Authority is The Greatest Enemy of Truth.
As a law abiding citizen the only advice I can give to anyone is good advice now people can take the advice or leave it their choice. The only advice I can give the Judges at the Birmingham courts is they shouldn't always rely on police statements in court because there are times when the police cover up for either their colleague police officers wrongful actions and crimes or they favour those with status and positions more than the members of public even if the member of public is innocent and the one with the status and position has committed wrongful actions. It is unfair and unjust for any Judge to look at a government workers status and positions and take their word for it without having a court investigation done first to what the facts are because believe me facts are very shocking and opposite to what is mentioned in the courts by those dressed in law suits who call themselves law abiding citizens but are the opposite. Now why do I mention all this is beco's I have experienced & witnessed this how one male police officer damaged my property while a female blonde community support officer watched silently and covered up for her colleagues wrongful actions. I've experienced how Injustice was done to me in the courts in the past by the Birmingham police officers who were involved in harassment with the rest Birmingham government departments who harassed my family to cover up the crimes committed by those with status and positions who harmed my son. I walked out of the court room with injustice done to my family. As everyone is aware a court room is the only place for Justice for the innocent and if it's used by the police to play around with the justice system and the laws and commit injustice in the court room by hiding evidence from the Judge in court and hushing up the defendant in the court room where the defendant can not put evidence from their side in front of the Judge that proves their innocence then it's a serious matter and if victims continue to walk out of the court room with injustice done to them then there is no use of a court to exist in the UK is there? Where there's no respect for the Judges in courts by the police who betray the Judges trust then yes they have abused the justice system. Some educated professionals study law to abide by it and there are many others that study the law just to break the laws and ruin innocent people's lives. It's all to do with power, position, selfishness & money. This is why is it said that money is the root cause of all evil it ruins innocent people's lives. And once again why do I mention all this because I have had experience in the courts and witnessed those who have studied laws break it with giving untrue information to the Judge in court they go to that length to make a lie look like a fact and a fact look like a lie. I am sorry to say but only professional criminals who have done this many times are capable of doing this kind of dirty work committing wrongful actions. The Birmingham government departments pick those workers that are professional at doing it and are good at it to commit wrongful actions against innocent victims and once the job is done they replace them with another worker as if nothing had happened and no crime was committed. The police put all blame on the victim and make them.look like a nasty character to convince the court Judge to believe in them. They involve politicians in their wrongful actions like MP and councillors who join in with them and once again why do I mention this is beco's I have experienced & witnessed this happen. People who have bad experience put their honest review about their experience which I believe is the right thing to do .You don't need a status or position to have a voice for justice u have to have humanity in your heart to feel the pain and suffering of others. The most scariest people are those with status & positions who show no emotions of the suffering of victims.
I rest my case.

Read moreOvercrowding & Seating: The room was packed beyond capacity, with stained, uncomfortable seats that offer no relief during long waits. • Hygiene & Cleanliness: Windows and windows showed visible mould and dirt, tables appeared not to have been cleaned in days, and there was chewing gum stuck underneath. • Food Provision: Although the jury pack stated they have canteen facilities, only a small, near-empty vending machine was available. By mid-morning the sandwiches were all gone, leaving jurors with lesser options. • Overall Atmosphere: The dated decor and lack of basic upkeep made the space feel oppressive—hardly conducive to the dignity of jury service.
I appreciate the hard work of the court staff and understand that facilities budgets can be tight. However, jurors perform a vital civic duty and deserve at least reasonable, sanitary, and safe accommodation when not in court. At present, the waiting conditions verge on inhumane and could undermine public confidence in the justice system. Unfortunately a disappointing...
Read moreDid three days of Jury service in poor overcrowded conditions. The Jury waiting room is unpleasant, sticky and smells bad. It was very noisy, overcrowded, especially on the first day where for the first couple of hours there wasn't enough seating.
There are a few desks if you want to attempt to work, but they're not in any way ergonomic. To top it off the court only provides water, no tea or coffee and you're not allowed to leave until lunchtime for a break (1pm).
I didn't get allocated a case and so I sat there for three days for nothing, it was a waste of my own time, my works time and money from both my employer and the government. There was also another 60-70 people that sat there with nothing to do for three days, more in some cases. There has to be a more cost effective and efficient way to do this in 2024.
The only positive thing I can say about the whole experience is that the staff that work there are very kind, helpful...
