Overall it's not a bad place, normally we would love visiting but on this occasion the attitude from one member of staff especially (elliot) was rude, abrupt, and this guy had his head up his own butt, not what you would expect to receive. I would advice to check what is now going into your cocktails you by now as they have added products that shouldn't be in them and substitute one product for another and then have the nerve to say that that's how it should be made and how it always has been made (get a grip I say, you know your not making them how they used to be and how they should be made) Tge venue changes the prices and decides not to advertise this, so when you go in to order what you always order and then get told the price is double what you normally pay, it's just not the way to look after your customers at all. So, watch out for the sudden price changes without advertising and the attitude you will receive from elliot when you question something, I don't know if it's because he has been promoted and the power has gone to his head or its just pure ignorance and attitude he has towards the customers of the venue. Example: Cheeky vimto is made with port and wkd blue. Does not include lemonade. Me and my sister usually go here for food after we have been shopping we ordered two mixed grills my sister asked for hunters chicken fries with hers instead of original fries that come with the meal , the food came with a jacket potato so we sent it back the gentleman then came over and asked why we had refused the food we explained we didn't know if was ours due to not ordering the jacket potato. His tone I definitely didn't appreciate also the fact him and a female working was talking about us behind the bar in ear shot it's was only for my sister's boyfriend mum they stopped as she said that's my son's girlfriend you are talking about. Sunday lunch visit as I was off work. Food is ok but nothing special. Ordered off the Sunday Lunch menu and what I got was not as described. I ordered Roast Beef. The menu said served with half a giant Yorkshire Pudding, I received 2 very small individual puddings. The roast potatoes were quite clearly cooked from frozen.

Having eaten my main course the table was cleared fairly quickly but over 20 minutes later I had to go to the bar to enquire where my dessert was. The same person who cleared the table said "Are you ready for it now?" Well you had cleared the table so knew I was ready for it. Must be the only place you don't automatically receive your already ordered dessert after your table is cleared.
