Staff are rude, miserable and unhelpful. Would avoid ! We had a bad experience with one of the staff members being rude. Paid for mine and my 10 year olds food at the self service checkout, to be told we cannot have it as someone else has paid for the same thing so they will need to refund us as they don’t have any more paininis left even though we picked it up at the fridge first. At first I was being ignored by the staff member, and then they told me they have to refund us. I went to get a refund and my niece found something else she liked (she is vegetarian and fussy with food) so asked if we could swap with something else, and the staff member sighed and was really grumpy at us for changing our minds. Read moreHad good service from Roxy on the till who took the time to explain how Vodafone drink for a £1 offer works. After I was insulted while collecting my coffee by the male barista. He slammed it down on the counter infront of me almost spilling it. When I remarked on this he said it was because I wasn't wearing a mask, then tried to give me cold milk when I'd asked for hot. I commented it was weird he chose to slam the coffee down because I wasn't wearing a mask, whereby he replied I was a bit weird! CURRENT CORONA RULES ADVISE MASKS ARE NOT NECESSARY OR COMPULSORY - Interestingly he was talking to another customer beforehand who wasn't wearing a mask without any problem or drink slamming. Edit: I went back on Wednesday morning and only 2 guys was there, first I asked for a cappuccino and at 70 degrees, the second guy instead was making a mocha and I asked politely why was putting in the chocolate as I asked for cappuccino, he asked again to his colleague (if I stated it's a cappuccino what's the point to ask a confirmation to your colleague?) anyway, the cappuccino was watery, burned coffee and service was awful.... A pineapple in the b..t was feeling more friendly...
