🚨Came here a couple of times with my fiancée. We had a great time at the hookah lounge. However, on two occasions that she came here on her own, a mysterious man sat with her.

On his second time approaching her, he admitted to instructing the staff to call him whenever she was in the restaurant (and another restaurant called Carlo’s BBQ), particularly Persian guests. The strange man never showed up when she was with other people. It would be great if staff didn’t call him when she comes here to enjoy hookah.

Other than these two incidents, it’s not a bad place. I recommend the food, but if you’re a persian woman, tell the staff that you don’t want them to call that strange man who will invite himself to join you (if you prefer to be alone). Not sure what the agreement is between the strange man and Rotana management.

Ordered from deliveroo. Completely false advertising. Kofte kebab was to come with a wrap, drink and fries and came with none. It was just 2 lumps of burnt meat in a box. Same with the chicken Shisha. Flat dry pieces of chicken shoved in a box no wrap or anything else that was meant to. Literally looked like someone had flattened it with a hammer. Ordered cheesy chips and got regular but hey at least it was better than none with the other kebab. Of all none of it was edible apart from maybe the chips and even then it wasn't good. How they think sending that out the door is okay I don't know but I will not be ordering from here again especially after trying to ring them 10+ times to notify them before posting this review and they ignored all of them. Would recommend everyone to save their money and...
