Zi's Piri Piri in Cambridge is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of sizzling spices. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We opted for a variety of dishes, including the classic Piri Piri chicken, succulent prawns, and flavorful sides like the peri-peri fries and creamy coleslaw. Every bite was an explosion of flavor! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender, with a fiery kick that left us wanting more. The prawns were equally impressive, bursting with succulent goodness. The sides were equally delicious, providing a perfect complement to the main dishes. The portions were generous, leaving us comfortably full but not overly stuffed. Awful service on three occasions. Placed an order online and the food never arrived even though I received the confirmation email for my order! Half an hour after expecting the food to have arrived I called the place only to be told that they did not receive the order and their fax machine was not working! You'd think they would have done the decent thing and taken their online order site offline. Im not convinced this was the reason behind them messing up the order and whether it was just down to their incompetent staff or their unsustainable online order system.

Take out service is poor as well. On one order when I got home I found part of my order missing from the take away. Food is also often barely warm and does not taste fresh. My advice would be not to use their online or take out service. You will be ripped off! They have a long way to go before understanding customers expectations and providing a high level of service (if they...
