What an amazing and unique little spot! Will definitely be coming back, multiple times, I can see it already! It’s perfect for lunch, with a variety of interesting flavours in the form of bowls, baos and wraps. They are all for healthy eating, but don’t sacrifice any flavour. The quencher was beyond gorgeous, with the little garnishes being a nice and welcomed touch. All the food so very filling and exciting, well worth the price (look out for all the cheeky deals they have too!) The staff went above and beyond as well, informing us of deals, having a little chat about the place, and offering to bring the food out as it was ready. All in all, fabulous experience, and will become one of the top spots in...

So this place is an absolute gem. Me and my fiancee had to choose between this and Nandos which I desperately enjoy. So it was a bit of a risk, HOWEVER do yourself a favor and visit Grounded Kitchen...I mean look at all the colours in the pictures, clearly healthier than Nandos and tastier too.

It's not too spicy, the friendly staff can make it mild or hot. Portions are big and they have an option for extra large. Atmosphere is relaxing and the music is spot on.

After our meal, we had a blue coconut latte which was interesting. It lacks caffeine so you wouldn't get a buzz from it. But it did heat me up on a windy chill afternoon.

So, please take a leap of faith and order from Grounded Kitchen....

First impression, the lady on shift today was using her phone.

Food was dead. Veg was NOT fresh, soggy veg from this morning confirmed by the staff. No beef, limited options. Bao- was soggy it was rank the chicken looked and tasted like tuna. I asked for it to be extra hot but it was bland. 2/10

The buldak fire chicken was okish, I mean I paid for it so couldn’t waste it but it was so soggy, bland and cold 3/10.

The staff was rude, had zero manners and seemed to be angry for being at work. No hi, thank you or even bye. Very poor service.

She didn’t know her prices either which is very embarrassing on her behalf tbh.

Avoid...

We wanted something relatively healthy, we asked for 2 Bulgogi Bowls, one with beef and one with chichen, and I specifically asked for it not to be any chillies in it. First thing first, 27£ for what comes into the bowl (some coleslaw, bell pepers, rice and some salad) seems a bit excessive to me, personally, but I guess to each their own. Second, there were plenty of chillies in it and was so spicy I couldn't even finish, it made my nose runny like never before. The parsley on top did not look to fresh to me. The time for it to get it done was okey, I think that's the only good thing about it. Tried once, but I don't think I'll go back.
