Subway — Restaurant in Chelmsford

My first time trying the Subway on Moulsham street and it left little to be desire. I order the Tex Mexican sandwich which he began prepping by adding as little food as possible. He was suppose to add peppers to the sandwich, when I asked he stated he could only add one thing to the sandwich. He did not allow lettuce, tomatoes, or any other condiments to be added. I order a donut and raspberry cookie which he conveniently left out of the bag when I made mention that this seemed like an unusual practice regarding the condiments. I visit Subway almost every day and usually order the Footlong Veggie Delite, which always comes with 8 slices of cheese included. Today, the manager charged me extra for cheese, saying it only comes with 4 slices. When I explained my regular experience, he refused to listen and insisted he was right.
