This branch of Dominoes is the most disappointing experience ever. We have had multiple bad experiences with food, but this time the service was just too bad. The shift manager, who was an Asian dude with a turban (specifying this only because we are not allowed to take the names), was extremely rude and gave us the worst customer interaction. When asked for a garlic dip that very clearly came with our order, he kept on denying to give us even after pointing out the menu itself where it was clearly written. His next response was this very rude "I have been working here for 3 years", which I'm not sure how it is relevant to me as a customer. His impolite way of saying "I'm giving it now but pay for it next time" was so inappropriate as we did not ask him for a free profuct or anything. We paid for the entire order and the price included the garlic dip. This particular person whenever we have met with him instore has never been very pleasant but we have not interacted with him much to report this. But this interaction was just plain unpleasant and disrespectful. This is not just about the garlic dip as we did recieve it but only after he showed so much attitude to us and pretended as if we were begging to him to give it to us for free. Read moreI have spent 20 minutes on and off the phone with a member of staff to tell me they can't find the address on their system. So I ask if I'm with in their delivery range and the response I get is " yes we do delivery". After further phone calls which were deliberately left to ring I was then told that they were not sending a driver to a place that apparently didn't exist. To which I then asked again if I'm out of their delivery range. I was again met with the same reply. Its as if their staff have no idea on how far their delivery range is or even if they care. If I was told that I was outside the delivery range straight away I wouldn't of wasted 20 minutes making phone calls and trying to " find the road that I'm on and the address." Also the mannerism of the staff that I was communicating with was appalling she was assuming that i didnt know where I lived with her ending call without giving me a reason as to why I couldn't place an order repeatedly, forcing me to call back again and again.
