Koffee Pot — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

The waitress (who I think is the owner?) was incredibly rude and was almost crying when we moved a table to accommodate our larger group. I would have understood had the restaurant not been empty. In hindsight, we should have taken the empty restaurant as a sign. The meal took forever to come out, we had to ask for toast three separate times (they only have a four slice toaster), they forgot two coffees, and two breakfast specials came without hash browns.

When it came time to pay, it turned out it was cash only, which was not advertised anywhere. We were not told at all. The waitress/owner also shortchanged everyone when paying.

Seriously, do not go here. Go literally anywhere else. Even the coffee was piss-poor. Stay away. One star...

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ! Asked for 4 piece breakfast and got some of what I ordered with no toast and milk in a dirty cup so then put milk in a hot cup ? !! Woman asked if I wanted normal or Diet Coke and I asked for normal but gave me diet (wasn’t sure of this was a joke?) and for my partner his square sausage wasn’t even cooked and we weren’t the only customers who thought there attitude was terrible as another 2 customers walked out and stated “am not spending anymore money In here you are always rude” and left !! Tasty lunch, great portions, food was served quickly, lovely clean environment - if you get egg on your breakfast make sure you specify how you like it cooked as my yolk came out runny and I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked.
