Excellent Pastries Pan eu Suiss is delish, my husband had the twice cooked Pan eu Chocolat which is like a Walnut Baklava and a Pan eu Chocolat had a baby ❤️🥐🍫🌰 Coffee was amazing (never have complaints with Fortitude Coffee) **UPDATE** So, I wanted to leave a more personal review because I can honestly say I love this cafe. First off, the coffee still slaps and slaps hard 😆 but that's OBVIOUS. Secondly, The staff...what can I say about the staff... they are amazing!!! There are two women that work there one blonde and always polite and smiley and helpful and amazing at her job. And another her name is Babs ^_^ absolutely brilliant the pair of them!! They remember my order and always ask how me and my son are doing everytime I come in!! Me and another new mum come in regularly and we are NEVER disappointed. Thank you guys for being so great. As someone in the Coffee Industry you guys are smashing it considering the climate right now. Keep it up ladies!!!!

I braved the curious croissant loaf and can confirm the raspberry, pistachio and chocolate mingle through the moist croissant layers for a scrumptious sequence of flavours and texture. The cinnamon bun nor croissant on the other hand wasn’t anything special. Coffee is fine, not many milk options (either whole or oat). I would return out of convenience, but not because I’m rushing back to try out their variety of options as I do there’s better around

Have heard great things about twelve triangles and finally tried it for first time in Stockbridge. The pastries don’t disappoint, and the sandwiches look great too! I can see how they sell out by later in the day! Worth trying if you’re after some baked goods and a coffee!

The shop was delayed opening on time. No apologies or good mornings. The person serving had zero costumer service pre-training. 2nd person who was in shop as a shop assistant was digging ice from fridge, It was noisy and she was using a knife doing so! It needed a defrost. It has been my third time buying from this bakery’s different branches. I can say that it is the worse service ever. The bread I buy tastes good, croissants are not great, plus no info on what they contain. If there was another bakery selling sourdough bread I would never buy from them. Shame. Over all - They sell good breads with zero customer care. And you have to put your email info into a small device then you get a receipt!!! Haha! it gets worse!! Personal Data sharing just to get...

Travelling as a couple we came off the water of Leith walk and walked around vibrant Stockbridge and said we would try here for a coffee. It was quiet and there were people sitting in and dining but there were also free tables. When we asked for coffee the girl said they could only do takeaway which was strange as there was no explanation why. I asked could we not sit down and have coffee and she reluctantly said okay. At that stage, we said it was okay and left - would prefer to give our custom to a local coffee shop that wants it. It was 2.20 on a Wednesday afternoon and they don't close until 5!!! Really disappointing and strange - usually Edinburgh is so welcoming. Can't sit down for coffee at lunchtime in a cafe...
