Greggs — Restaurant in Coventry

Lovely design, terrible customer service i really left feeling very upset to be honest. Heart breaking to ssy the truth. I was soo polite and did nothing wrong and i just sense a strong feeling of strong hate. What attracted me to this greggs is the appearance of the place. Missed my train so thought I'd treat myself to a donut as you do then decided I can't have one and not take the kids something back. There card machine wasn't working and I didn't have enough change so said I'd put my treat back. The young lady behind the counter paid for my donut and told me it's on her and not to worry about it. I asked the man at the till if the cinnamon swirl coffee contained gluten, since sometimes syrups have barley in it, and he had the courage to tell me the only thing they advertise as gluten free were the donuts (that contained wheat) and the porridge.
