I’m a regular here mainly for the cakes – can’t go wrong with them! Shorthand Coffee Co. is a lovely little café close to the train station, perfect for grabbing something on the go. Their range of Danish pastries, cakes, and now even cold sandwiches is always fresh and tasty. What I really appreciate is that their cakes are all sourced from small local businesses – such a nice touch that makes them feel special.

The staff are always cheerful, accommodating, and happy to tweak your drink just the way you like it. I also love how they decorate their front glass with seasonal themes – small details like that give the place real charm.

The only downside is the drinks themselves, which can taste a bit watered down. They’ve clearly tried improving by switching to better ingredients, but the preparation still misses the mark slightly.
