This is a family run , take away restaurant.
Service : 1 ⭐️ Owners attitude : very rude and inflexible. When given feedback about app, neither did they showed interest nor they obliged to change to the correct order even after requesting multiple times. If they only spent time to serve and had courtesies towards customers like they had marketing , they would make a great business to transact with .
Food : 1⭐️ Food was very hot with lots of small chopped green chillies and less spices . Opposite to a biryani . Neither layered with the masala nor mixed. Very little paneer topped on loads of rice .
Quantity: Biryani : sufficient. Raitha: extremely less . Like 1.5 spoon per biryani. 😄
Packing was good : 4⭐️
Ease of transaction: 1⭐️
Orders only through their website which is flawed. You order something and it registers something else and you are forced to eat what they serve. Also, you are forced to register through phone number , email , address ( unnecessary personal details ) in the website just for food ordering. Uber eats had issues in taking order for this restaurant. So It was inevitable to use their website.
Being a biryani fan , I was glad to have found a south Indian food place in Coventry thinking it’ll be my frequent go to place, But I am never going here again. What a shame , they lost two customers with...
Read moreI'm not writing this review to discuss the food or quality, which has consistently been excellent( I've been trying couple of dishes for a year now). Today, my delivery had a minor issue with a missing item, some spillage, and a smaller quantity than they usually serve. Considering how busy they were with orders, it's understandable.
When I called them to let them know about this, their response showed what they CARE about more that is, they want everyone to eat and be satisfied rather than just running a business. True to their name, they embody the nurturing qualities of a mother. I want to thank the lady who answered my call (I believe she's the manager or owner) and ofcoure their whole team for being humble and generous. Despite being busy, their quick response was very considerate and humane.
If anyone reading this is from Hyderabad, and miss eating Jeera Rice, you're looking at the...
Read moreI normally dont do reviews, unless its something exceptional but it wouldnt be me if I dont give my feedbacks for the great food I just tasted! Definitely the best Biriyani I had after coming to UK, its not one of them modified ,”inclusive” kind of fake biriyani, its that real authentic flavour type, those ones that take your tastebuds back to home kind of biriyani. Definitely recommend chicken dum biriyani. Also tried tandoori chicken biriyani, the tandoori chicken was also the juciest, char flavoured smoky authentic south indian type I had for a while. They also have a cajun chicken pakora, which is so crispy and seasoned to perfection. From the impression of what I have tried, very good quantity, amazing quality and very pocket friendly! If you crave authentic south indian food, give it a go, cus this will be the closest you can get when you are...
