Greggs — Restaurant in Dudley

Went into the store by Nike shop was served by a nice young lady as soon as I got my latte I went over to put sugar in before I left, behind me not saying anything just looking at me like I was thick or something, was an older lady holding somthing could of been a rubbish bag to refill I just said I just need to put my sugar in and she looked at me and told me to hurry up not sorry but can I quickly do this please or carry on I can do this after would of literally took me seconds to put a couple sachets in and stir. I just stopped looked at her grabbed my drink and said forget it I'm leaving telling my friend she just told me to hurry up in a rude way! Sorry but to tell a customer to hurry up is rude I work in retail and if I spoke to a customer like that my manager would not be impressed. Customers shouldn't feel rushed at all there's a way to speak to people she was old enough to know basic manners. I was going to complain but only saw 2 staff on at the front 1 of them been the lady that I wanted to complain about other lady was serving so didn't want to...

The Greggs down the bottom by hotel chocolate, has been not so great. I went there before work to get a chicken abs stuffing Baguette & when I picked it up it was southern fried chicken, they had put the wrong labels on the wrong thing. Turns out they had non, I asked them If the southern fried chicken one had any spice or to it at all I was told there’s no spice on it at all.. I took it to work and when I bit into it it had chilli sauce on it. They didn’t check anything they just guessed. Myself working in retail we can not guess when it comes to ingredients due to serious allergens etc The woman who was an older lady on the till with grey hair sticking out like a scruff called me a baby. I would like if someone would contact me back, as allergens aren’t taken seriously...

The 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I've tried to order a pizza and a chicken bake nothing complicated. They accept the order wait 15 minutes And they keep cancelling the order this is frustrating when you've paid the money and have to wait 3 to 5 working days to get the money back. It's lazy I've been told by a staff member it's because they can't be assed to cook the pizza late in the day which is unacceptable. My and my nephew were really looking forward to pizza from Greggs and they just refuse...
