I am not impressed with the services of KFC castle gate today . I bought party bucket in drive thru and we were told to wait in the car park wherein we don’t know where exactly they want us to park. We waited for approximately 15 minutes but then we were not sure if they will see where we parked our car so I instructed my daughter to just collect my order worth £25.99 from inside the restaurant. When my daughter got our order in a big paper bag she noticed that it was leaking. I thought it wasn’t that bad. When we got out of the car the gravy stained our car, and when we opened the paper bag, you will lose your appetite because one cup of gravy was not covered properly, it spilt and the bottom of the bucket was broken. If only I found this out while still in the parking space I would show them the disappointing preparation they did. firstly i received someone else's order!
I couldn't get in touch with kfc via phone to explain, so my husband had to drive there (after I paid delivery) to the change order.
he was challenged that the order I had received was correct! even tho he had the order details still on the phone in front of her.
finally they gave the correct order barr 1 thing, we ordered zinger rice online but in-store they said they don't do that so he was given a salad rice without the price difference.
back home we had to throw it away as the chicken wasn't cooked as if they had rushed it when my husband was complaining (the zinger meal and 2 mini fillets) but it all went in the bin as i wasnt having my kids eat what could potentially be under cooked popcorn chicken. I am so angry. im discusted with my experience and i want a refund.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order & was spoken to in such a rude way by the female who was serving on the drive thru when I asked why it was taking so long. After she had flounced off, I asked another server for her name and was told they aren't allowed to give out names, even though she herself was wearing a name badge!!!
