I have posted a few reviews on Google and, to date they have all been positive. Until now... but I feel I must warn others of how bad this place is.
I love Burger King so decided to pop in for a cheeky drive thru. After a short queue I arrived to place my order, I suddenly noticed that every single car I front of me had been sent to wait in the car park. I ordered and was also told to ‘park up’. This was tricky as do many people were in their cars waiting for food.
I waited in my car for 15mins and watched as every single car from the drive thru was ‘parked’. During this time only two cars received their order. I decided to go in and ask how much longer the food would be, I was greeted by a restaurant filled with customers all waiting for orders, strangely only one table seemed to have their food. I was served by a very rude young man who promptly pointed at a huge pile of food bags and said ‘look at all them we’ve got to sort, we’ll get to you when we get to you’. Rather than challenge his warped logic I returned to my car.
Five minuets later the food arrived. It was stone cold and bordered on inedible. How this food took 20min to arrive I have no idea. Reluctant to face the aggressive staff again I ate what I could. Which turned out to be a mistake as I was ill for the rest of the night.
The staff are rude, the service beyond slow and they don’t seem to actually have any food available without a significant wait. It is a truly dreadful place.
If in the area I would suggest going to one of the other restaurants instead. Don’t waste you time...

I have never met someone in customer service with such a bad attitude. I ordered from the touch screen and waited along with others for my order. The blonde lady starts barking orders at us because our orders hadn't appeared on her screen. We all had to hand our receipts over for our orders to be completed leaving none of us knowing our collection numbers. Staff were all over the place trying to figure who's order was what. When we finally got our food it was ok but not to the standard it should be served. To top our experience at this branch two just eat people came to collect orders and this was the worst part of our visit! My 3 children witnessed your staff actually arguing with these men about how it wasn't their fault orders hadn't come through on their screens. The blonde lady actually raising her voice so all could hear in the store instead of trying to solve the situation she was happy to argue infront of everyone. By far the worst place I have eaten at and will not be returning. I will stick to using the Oldbury branch in future as food and service is how...
