We visited this McDonald's today on a day out and ordered from the table we had £30 worth of food as we are a family of 6 .. we ordered the food to the table and sat and waited . A member of staff tried to give our children balloons after we had already said no thank you as we wanted them to sit still whilst eating not mess around and gave drinks spilt ..
We waited a good ten minutes for our food thinking it was a big order it may take a while longer .. after no food was bought I asked where it was a member of staff said she would go check and came back with another member of staff who told us that maybe our order had gone to the mall MC Donald's not the one we was currently in even tho we ordered from the table she assured us not to worry as they would find the order and then came back to the table with management.. the managing lady was then very rude and said if you ordered food to the wrong store that's your problem you will have to go collect it... I said that it would be cold and she said again that's not my problem that's something you will have to ask about when you go to the other mc Donald's... IV never been more disgusted by the service of this team before the do up that they had they were much more helpful .. when we went down to the mc Donald's inside the mall I explained that I may cry due to being very emotional being nearly 30 weeks pregnant and just disappointed 4 children by not having dinner where they expected .. the lady that greeted us at the door was more than helpful she asked if we was order number 30 and said our food was on the desk she explained it had been there for a while but not to worry they would sort us out .. the manager on the till said take it all away and do this family a fresh meal ... Her helper was straight on it the lady who greeted us at the door went upstairs and made sure we had a table .. she bought our meals straight to us it was hot . The order was spot on and fresh .. and when we finished she made sure we were all ok now we were fed. ..
The same franchise just different staff ... This was a fault with the location of the mc Donald's app not a person's fault and yet the ladies in the McDonald's mall were more than happy to help where as at the boulevard the staff couldn't have been less interested if they tried... 10 out of 10 for the girls in the merry hill MC Donald's rushed of their feet but still happy to help a family...

I was waiting at the counter to be served, it’s an open plan where I can see the staff working, I waited to be served, no one came over to take my order. I did notice staff were looking towards counter. They can see I was waiting, no one came over, very frustrating. I was waiting for at least 2 minutes. I was upset why was staff ignoring me, they should be proactive and come over and take my order. I work with people with disabilities, they were waiting for their drinks, I have a duty of care for the people I support and the community is the learning tools for developing skills and interaction with member of the community Eventually some came over, I said to the staff, I waiting for a whole and no came over to serve me, I don’t think she processed the information and not listening to me what I was trying to say. Then stared say, I’m here now and repeated quite a few times with an attitude, which was very insulting and disrespectful to me with that attitude, no apologies sorry to keep you wasting, I have people that I work with, waiting for their drinks. That’s why I was frustrated and we coming to that McDonald’s for years. The worst part about it with that attitude, she didn’t serve me and walked away. McDonald’s ethos is about fast food and we quick service. All I got attitude with that particular staff. Then I over heard her talking about me with other workers, that is my fault. I am very disappointed with that McDonald’s restaurant. They have 18 managers there, wow that’s a lot. Management team should be more vigilant and proactive, tell staff members to manage the counter. They need to train their staff about what is customer service???

On this occasion in the car I specified at the intercom then at the payment window and then at the collection window the sauces required for 20 nuggets .
I had to park in half a delayed order bay and when the young lady came over with the food I said “Where are the sauces please ? “ Seeing that they were not in the top of the bag. They are underneath , she said and walked off.
I drove away half a mile and parked up .

No sauces !!!

MacDonalds can’t keep having the last laugh on this subject as of course most victims simply can’t drive around again etc.
This time I went back with the nuggets and asked for a full replacement. Since with the liars causing this much delay , the nuggets had gone cold.
I didn’t go into the store but stopped in the drive through section . Not a breath of “sorry “… and the till operator had to go off and check a customer’s rights before simply issuing the replacement.Fine by , take even longer if you like …me as other customers drove away from the growing queue.
Only way to make the giant clown to take notice of his peasant customers !!!
