CarveryOver priced. Was no knife and folks super cold in the place by the time we got the knife and folks the air conn made our dinners cold . After telling them it's freezing. It's not even a hot day today . Service was slow and most just look like they didn't know what to do . They actually had to wait for the cutlery to be washed and dried because they ran out. Won't be going back and deffo won't recommend. Plus the tables hadn't been cleaned was dirty . Dirty messy floor .dirty glasses on tables and dirty tables everywhere . We Had to clean the tables my self . Staff just standing around looking very lost . The chef where getting stressed out because the staff wasn't listening to them . Absolutely just disorganized. People was just pulling their own tables together chairs moving around like musical chairs . Can't get passed cuz the walkways were blocked by people moving tables . It was just Perthetic. Trying to get drinks and u just can't even get back to your own table . Never seen anything like it . Then to top it of the food wasn't all that great either . Probably cuz it went freezing I wouldn't even give it a star deffo be...
Read moreSo we've had our caravan a few years now and we used to regularly come out for atleast one meal while staying .
But unfortunately there menu has been cut to just a few specials and carvery .not sure if it was just the day we went on but trying to get anything from the staff was like drawing blood from a stone .
What can I say about the food it was just your typical nasty carvery thats all was tepid with dry rock solid Yorkshire puddings susage that look and tasted as if it had been cooked more than a few time .the veg is allways over cooked and shriveled
And with stuffing that only the brave will attempt
Now on the face of it the food in the pic looks ok but then that how they sell it
We had chocolate cake to finish but this really wasn't that nice either . Really low quality cake with chocolate bits that really ware nasty unless coated in cream to hide the chemical taste .
I now remember why we actually stopped going as the food just got so cheap...

Our experience was spoiled overall however by a group of drunken, loud customers who were sat directly next to us swearing and staring at our food when it arrived, one even asked for some! Nothing was done about the group, which for a family friendly...
