Cafe B — Restaurant in East Staffordshire

Visited a couple times, the coffees, cold drinks and meals we had were always delicious! The only thing letting down is their unusual opening hours, closing at 3:30pm. Twice we went around 2:45 and 3 not realizing how early they close we were not receiving any warm welcome, we left both times as they didn't served food and we could see the staff looking annoyed upon walking in. I completely understand what it means to have customers coming in when all you want is to close down asap, and you would have all my sympathy if it was 10 pm at night.. but surely a small independent cafe needs all the customers they can get. I personally would spend my money here instead of Costa but it looks like Cafe B doesn't...

Our favourite Saturday morning after swim stop off @cafeb_coffeeshop_bar put on a breakfast with Santa this weekend and it was just so wholesome. O&M wandered over to Santa and Mrs Claus for a little pre breakfast chat. The pancakes were, and I quote, "the best thing I've tasted ever" (Oscar). After cracker pulling, bauble decorating and brekkie they returned to the big man and Mrs Claus where they got a beautifully wrapped gift. Stumbled upon this cosy little cafe after my yoga class and I can't believe I haven't been here sooner! I totally missed out! ❤️Amazing food with delicious vegan (and gluten free) options, both savoury and sweet, including (decaf) coffee with plant based oat or soya mylk! The decor is so warm and welcoming, music from 70's-80's adds to the atmosphere, and last but definitely not least, the staff is sooooo friendly and accommodating! Did I mention the place is doggy friendly and they even have doggy menu available!!! 5/5 and beyond 🥰🥰🥰 One happy customer and I will be coming more...
