KFC Eastbourne - Terminus Road — Restaurant in Eastbourne

The worst KFC staff I have ever seen. I used to think some London outlets were rude but this one tops all. Came here at not so busy time. I was second in queue and just after the person in front me was served this racist young man with glasses moved away seeing me coming to counter. I was standing there with my son for over 6-7 mins and he kept ignoring us pretending to be preparing orders. There were 4-5 ppl working in the kitchen with a girl also preparing orders. The girl then came to us but she said she didn't know how to scan my rewards code so I had to wait for the racist guy to serve. After 3-4 mins I started to call him but he ignored and after I raised my voice even further he said he is busy. By now I had another pregnant young girl behind us and a group kf teenagers behind her. After further raising my voice he finally came and I asked him if he really doesn't want to do this job then why he is here. His manager finally came and asked either order or leave. I was so surprised that he saw the whole episode and still asked us to leave. I told him to mind his and his staffs attitude and look into what they they are doing. Never again here......

Ordered delivery didn't turn up, phoned to ask where it was and was told it was left on doorstep???? Instructions were to call mobile to say they are here outside, so we could come down to get order, no call came,we waited over an hour and called to ask where our order is, and was told above but also told that the delivery person tried to call us twice (2)??? However when we asked what number they had called, the call handler said she couldn't tell us "because of security issues" when we told her our phone numbers she said it wasn't those numbers?? Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful way to treat people who have paid over £40 for food And the so called delivery driver "left it on the doorstep", for avoidance of doubt we are in multiple occupation property, hence another reason Why we insist on us being phoned so we can "collect our order" and the delivery driver can confirm that it's been delivered to the payer of order, just in case there's a problem, but more importantly that we can give true reviews on service given!!!! But to be treated as absolute idiots and no respect is...

Not for the first time kfc meal upset my stomach. I'm happy to say it didn't kill me but I have been in bed for 18 hours. I had a chicken fillet burger meal at 1pm on Saturday. By 5pm my stomach had turned and the problems began. I question why places McDonald's don't have similar issues. If I went into a kfc how many workers would have a food hygiene certificate? Because either their hygiene isn't upto scratch or their food storage is bad. But I do believe that the local authority should take a look at the practices at the kfc in town. I'll never ever eat there again or recommend it to anyone. In fact this may seem racist but I'll never est at a fast food place that have predominantly foreign workers because theu just don't have the standards...
