Blues Bar — Restaurant in England

Tremendous potential to be a first class diner but ... A few improvements first. The burger patty really was excellent, tasty cooked properly and seasoned nicely. Unfortunately it was let down by a tasteless and bland bun. The chips were also tasteless, no, they tasted awful. I love chips but couldn't force myself to eat more than three. The remainder, most, went in the bin. The chips were large chunky monsters, so large as to need more cooking time. They were hard, undercooked pale and un-apetising. The salad was also a poor attempt to enhance the burger. Better quality indredients thoughtfully presented please. My partner and I both had the chicken and waffles. It was delicious. I hope it's not removed off the new menu. Honestly the portion size is huge and the prices great. One waffle would have done me plenty. It would be great if they could make the bacon a permanent fixture with the chicken and waffles as it goes so well! Some spring onion would just finish it off but it's super tasty as it is! Definitely will be coming here again as we've tried to find places that do chicken and waffles elsewhere and this is only the second place we've found so far!

My son turned 7 on 28th October and wanted a Kaspas. Thankfully they were closed until 2pm otherwise we wouldn't have found this gem. The amazing service from our server who's name I've forgotten so please accept my apologies as she really deserved the credit for the service given. The atmosphere was in keeping with the name and well themed.
