Miss Millie’s – Chicken and Shakes — Restaurant in Great Britain

It looks like the local community is getting behind the franchisee. Full of fake 5☆ reviews. I'll bet none of them have used their hard earned to purchase a meal. My review is an honest appraisal of the food that I was served. Miss millie's Weston-super-Mare need a re-set. It's easy, serve good value, fine tasting food & things will improve, you have a prime location backed by a top brand. You need to focus & get it right, then you'll thrive, get it wrong & you'll fail. The food itself tasted fine, the portion size needs to be adjusted.

What a disappointment! Are they cooking sparrows now ! I have just eaten the most underwhelming miss millie's that I've ever had. £8.84 what a rip off ! 4 small pieces of chicken, 15 fries & a Pepsi in a coffee cup ( where does the supplied straw go ) It just goes to show that bigger is not always better, the old miss millie's was much better or were chickens bigger back then ! The person serving me was pleasant & chatty, the kitchen staff looked totally uninterested & were certainly not enjoying their shift. After phoning miss millies wsm at 11pm to enquire when they closed and being told that you did not close until 12 midnight we left Bridgwater after working all day decorating on a building site.

At 11.35pm we rang through whilst driving on the M5 to order our food and said we would be another 10-15 ,minutes before we arrived

We were then told that "sorry at 11.45pm we are clearing away and no food would be available.

To say that we were not happy is an understatement

We had just driven 17 miles one way to get to your takeaway as the young lady said you did not close until 12 midnight.

So a 34 mile round trip wasted and we were left hungry just because your member of staff couldn't be honest and say that effectively you close at 11.45pm.

This is extremely poor customer service and a waste of my time and fuel.

Feeling very disappointed...

Been here 3 times since the new store opened to give it a chance. Had items missing from the order everytime. Phoned to complain about a delivery which was missing drinks but was told there was nothing they could do. Second time, The gormet burger was not cooked properly, overpriced and made me feel unwell. 1 year later gave it 1 last try. I remember the old miss millies being very popular, constant queue of people, well cooked and good value for money.. Now they have no customers and the mega bite looks like a mini fillet.
