Bubble Tea Party — Restaurant in England

Best bubble tea place in Bournemouth! The service is always first class, and the drinks are delicious. I have been twice, and during that time, the lovely owner has made spectacular recommendations that I have thoroughly enjoyed. The first drink I had was a beautifully crafted Sakura tea that had just arrived that day; the second time, I asked about the blueberry drink, and how ‘blue’ it was in colour - she showed me this brand new coconut drink called the Blue Ocean (not even on the menu yet). It was delicious, and bright blue! What makes this place special is how passionate the owner is, and how she goes to great effort to listen to you to make your experience the best it can be. My friends and I will be back every Tuesday...

Called up in advanced to ask if they do vegan ones due to allergies and preference and they told us which ones they can do, in the order we also put in the comments section that we are vegan and have dietary needs but when our drinks came, the bottom on the drink had massive lumps at the bottom where the powder hadn't been mixed at all as well as when me and my partner took a sip we could taste honey as well as the milk being cow's milk and not the soya milk we were promised as well as told them to make sure to use in their comments section when we ordered and we then started to feel ill a eventually threw up as the cow's milk doesn't agree with us. Extremely disappointed...

Amazing service, super friendly and helpful staff. We tried four flavours this weekend and they were all delicious! We love bubble tea but this place had some flavours we have never tried before, like dragonfruit and sakura (cherry blossom). Great selection of flavours and toppings, lots of pictures to show what you are getting, plus the staff are happy to explain the options. You get real fruit in the fruit teas too! They also offer dim sum too which is a nice extra, although we didn't try it on this occasion. Will visit again when we are back...
