Charlie's Flame House — Restaurant in England

Ordered on Uber Eats late at night, its been over an hour with no food so I tried calling the restaurant with no answer.

These people don’t pick up their own phones!!! Tried calling them 5 times with no answer, just an endless ring.

Over an hour with no food and no explanation, or way to contact them. Avoid this place at all costs, they don’t deserve your money.

Edit: food finally came another hour later, driver just left it at the door step with no knock at the door, if I didn’t catch the car leaving out the window, I’d of never know. It was delivered. And boy was it some of the worst quality food I’ve ever eaten.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this is some sort of money laundering operation with the amount of disregard for their actual product and service. I’ll say again, stay away...

I order yesterday night just eat. After one hour no food. We try to call to the restaurante during an hour and only after that they pick up the phone. I ask where the order was and they said that was cancel strait away because no more chicken left. I ask if they don’t call costumers to say that the order was cancel and the only thing the guy was saying was cancel order no chicken left. And he hung up the phone. No more explanation no nothing. I work in a take away and if a order from just eat comes trough and we don’t have the food we call costumers to give some alternative’s. Not like this. And the fact of saying the order was cancel straight away because no food and turn off the phone was the last drop. Do t order from this...

I didn't realise how badly food could be cooked, I dismissed the reviews because people usually complain over nothing, but wow.. only ate half of my cheese burger before chucking it away.. horrible - Peri peri chicken had no meat/over cooked .. chips were soggy and tasted horrible ... I was almost going to avoid leaving a review out of pure pitty - but places like this cannot keep serving the public with such poor quality food. The delivery time was the only good thing about...
