Not happy with the service i have recieved today. I phoned up to place a large order for my family only to find out the order would be £26 I immediately thought to question this as i had worked out using their menu it would be £18. Went to pick up our order and asked them about the price varience only to be told the prices had gone up (which I understand, these things happen). However, there were no new menus with the NEW prices on! Even though I wasn’t happy i paid the full £26. I came home and checked my order and found out they had not given the full order either. I've been here to order my pizzas for our takeaway meal. They're great pizzas and I've enjoyed them! The staff at the Chico place are very nice and friendly, the service was quick also. However, the problem I have with Chico's is not the pricing but they don't have a card machine and it's on cash only which I find quite frustrating because I had to walk in to town to get the cash from the ATM and come all the way back to Chico's just to get my order paid for - not saying it's ridiculous but could you consider in getting a card machine and in that way.. it'll be quicker to pay for rather than looting on the...

Glad to see then reopen after the fire (as in pic) Still very good value and tasty food very busy at peak times so its best to pre order by phone. There not on just eat or any thing like that as delivery is sent by taxi at your cost. It shows there worth going to as there busy and don't do delivery/internet. It would be handy to be able to pay by card some times but the cash point is not to far away and you can order and the go for cash.
