Lemons — Restaurant in England

I can honestly say that lemons has gone down the pan I have never felt so much anger towards a company before but the treatment I have just had is at best shocking. As a previous customer and a happy one at that I thought I would order 2 x pizzas and my wife placed the order and specifically asked for no tomatoe base as she is allergic to them and asked for a garlic base instead no problem the man said. We turned up paid and drove home we opened the box and yep you guessed it tomatoe base. We rang up to complain and was told it was my wife's fault and she never asked for it. After that he said all there pizzas come with tomatoe base even if you ask for a garlic base. Offered one replacement pizza and then told to get of the phone. I will never use them again and I will place reviews where ever I can such a shame when loyal customers get...

26th of October 2019 Ordered food at 7:29pm was delivered by a guy. I live on a farm and is a regular customer however the last two times this driver has been dangerous at driving and really rude. We have a gate that is to be closed due to animals near by that could get out. He said he couldn’t close gate because it was too far open so I asked if he broke it and if he did he would be charged for the damage. I asked him three times politely to close the gate. He looked at me got in the car and sped off. As I checked the gate he never chained it. How hard is it to close a gate properly. Very lazy and rude person! Was really upset. Stopped by as I was looking for the hotel I was staying at. Ordered the combo kebab and chips. Kebab had 4 different meats plus a samosa 😁,all served in a naan bread and wrapped in foil so it stayed hot longer. Kebab was possibly one of the best I've had. Not greasy and all meat cooked perfectly. Chips were OK. Plus one of the drivers guys showed me the way to the hotel. Bonus!! Great service all round and fantastic value for money.
