Absolutely appalling. Booked for 7.30, walked in and no tables free, which to me is a good sign. Said table would be 5 minutes so waited 10 minutes and they said get a drink while you wait. Waited 15 minutes after ordering the drinks and no sign so asked what was going on. Manager got the drinks sorted eventually. We watched a couple leave and say they had been say down over 30 mins without a drink, pickle tray or someone to take there order. We was about the leave and they said we will sit you down now and reassured we would be seen to straight away. We booked for a table of 7, a very rare night out for us. Very poor - Booked a week in advance for my daughter’s birthday a confirmed the night before only to find they had not reserved us a table. It was a bit chaotic - very busy with restaurant and takeout. They made a table up by the door continuously nudged by people walking past. Music was on very loud making it difficult to hear without raising your voice… food came and was disappointing - chicken strips of tough meat in thin bland overly hot sauces with stringy onions and peppers. Asked for bill and received one that was much more than I’d worked out. I said they’d given us the wrong bill and they came back with ours, saying that the original bill was for the previous people on that table they’d just pushed together! Wanted a great night for my daughter and at least the company...

This was my second visit, and we returned tonight with my better half, eager not to be disappointed. We didn’t make a reservation, but I would suggest doing so, as it gets busy later; we arrived at 5:00 PM. They offer probably the best selection of pickles and poppadoms I’ve ever encountered at any Indian restaurant. We ordered a couple of dishes along with rice and garlic naan, which was more than enough for us. The curries were delicious, well-presented, and full of fantastic flavors, leaving our mouths savoring the wonderfully aromatic cuisine.
