Chilli Flames Evington Road — Restaurant in England

Awful service!!!! when I approached the counter there was no other customers waiting to be served. I was not acknowledged and the staff continued doing whatever they was doing like I was invisible I assumed they was busy with an order so I waited. However another customer came in after a few minutes and he was acknowledged straight away "yes boss" he got his food which he pre ordered but he had to pay and choose his drink at that point another customer was waiting behind me and I was still waiting but STILL not acknowledged!! After the assistant finished serving the customer with the pre order he asked the customer behind me if she had a phone order I had been waiting silently the whole time and the assistant spoke to everyone around me so that's when I figured none of the assistants wanted to serve me so I walked off and left the shop. The only reason I can put that behaviour down to is racism they was very efficient serving everyone around me but they never uttered a word to me! There was no reason why 2 customers who came in the shop after me should be served before me!! I wouldn't have minded if it was the 1 customer but they wasn't even trying to acknowledge or say a word to me. I will never go in that store again!! You only get good customer service if your Asian

As far as first impressions go - I really wish that I had decided to walk out after the reception I received by the person who took my order.

If you get friendly service/reception that is usually a good sign that you can expect good service. Anyway I got cowboy service, I place my order and after a few minutes they decide that there isn't enough ingredients to make my jalapeno burgers and later they decide that there was.

Anyway the food came after a long time, I am not lying, despite the food arriving 'freshly made' the food had a luke-warm temperature. It was definitely not piping hot, the cheese slice didn't melt because of this. This leads me to believe that they may have simply microwaved the chicken fillets to prepare.

Waste of money - paid equivalent of a gourmet burger which it certainly was not.

Based on my experience I will avoid this place...

They advertise 4.99 3.99 2.99 etc but won't give you your change they just round it up to suit them. They never have pennys in the till. What a sham owned by muslims as well. No barkaat in the food when you steal. 1p 2p 3p may not seem like a lot but stealing is stealing. Its a shame because the food is peng! Astaghfirullah Edit: They seem to have now added pennies to the till. Congratulations chilli flames for charging people what you advertise them. Congratulations for not stealing anymore! What about all the money you stole over the many years of operation, they should have a penny jar with a title on it saying stolen money returned to rightful owner.
