Cloud Nine Cafe — Restaurant in England

We visited this wonderful place twice during our week away in Cornwall this October. We were greeted the first time by a lovely young man who was beyond helpful, I asked what dairy alternatives they offer and he said it’s currently just soya and almond, that they did used to stock oat but they don’t currently. I was a bit stuck with what to do as oat is my go to and I don’t really like the others (I didn’t voice this!) he then said he wants them to start stocking oat again and that he likes to drink it himself so said that I can absolutely have my oat latte as he is going to go to the shop and purchase some oat milk! I found this to be extremely great customer service as he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Coffee was beautiful, scones were the best ones I’ve had yet!! We stopped by this morning before our journey home and were served by a lovely blonde lady. She was very attentive and happy to help. My wife and I were lucky to stumble across Cloud Nine during our recent trip to Bude. It is one of the most delightful cafés we have ever dined in. Set very conveniently in the heart of Bude, we loved everything about Cloud Nine. We particularly enjoyed its open table layout and outside seating area, friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we stepped in, and its wide range of options to choose from. The vegetarian breakfast I ordered was wonderfully cooked and bursting with flavour, and the Vietnamese spring rolls my wife ordered were so very delicious! We can’t recommend this café enough and will certainly be returning the next time...

Freshly made sandwiches, cream tea with fresh scones from The Bakery, Queen Street & a slice of Robyns Roosts homemade cake. Cornish coffee was tasty too. Kelly's ice cream & milkshake made with ice cream also fab 😋 Was also nice to see tables & chairs being cleaned after each customer, even when very busy.
